📊 API Call Pricing
Billing breakdown — what counts as a call, quotas, and cost per call at each tier
How Billing Works

1 API call = 1 HTTP request to any authenticated endpoint. Calls are metered identically across REST / SDK / MCP / CLI — same quota pool. Failed requests (4xx/5xx) still count. SDK cache hits do NOT count.

FAQ
Does the SDK cache count as a call?

No. The SDK includes a built-in LRU cache (100 entries, 60s TTL). Cached hits never reach our servers and don't consume quota.

Do failed requests count?

Yes — failed requests (4xx/5xx) still count because they hit our infrastructure. The exception is 429 (rate limit) responses, which don't consume an additional call.

When does quota reset?

Quota resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.
